By accessing or using the SigilEdge website, platform, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Description of Service

Black Magic Consulting provides SigilEdge, an edge-deployed content enrichment platform that helps recognized AI crawlers receive clearer, more structured website content. The Services operate at the edge while preserving the origin experience for human visitors.

3. Beta Program

During early access, services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Not use our services to distribute malware or harmful content

5. Intellectual Property

Black Magic Consulting owns and retains all rights to the SigilEdge platform, technology, and branding. You retain all rights to your content. By using the Services, you grant us a license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Services.

6. Data Processing

Our service processes your website content at the edge to optimize it for AI crawlers. We do not store copies of your content beyond what is necessary for caching and performance optimization.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Magic Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using our services at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
